It is situated in Chang an, DongGuan City, Guangdong, China, which has a beautiful environment and convenient transportation. It covers an area of more than 15,000 kilometers . According to the business development needs, it sets up molding department, plastic department, coating department, quality control department, assembly department, material department and management department, all of which are well cooperated with each other. As for molding Products and plastic products, we have such electronic products as mobile Phone, MP3, MP4, E-dictionary, telephone, FAX, LCD Monitor, camera, printer, peripheral equipment, mouse, DVD, VCD, Car CD player and car accessories. Our company has strong technical power and the most advanced processing method and management system. We have the most advanced Three-D Inspection Equipment imported from Germany with its precision add up to 0.003mm. Our ISO9001:2000 quality control system has been certified by TUV Co. in Germany. RoHS has been fully implemented in our company in the year of 2005 and TS16949 has been certified in January, 2008. As for processing equipment, the molding department has 8 sets CNC: one is high-speed CNC (Mikron in Switzerland) (32000)(circles), one is high-speed CNC milling machines(TaiWai)(24000 circles), 2 sets TaiWai CNC.18 Sets EDMs: 2 set Charmilles Mirror EDM, 16 sets TaiWai EDMs, 16 sets milling machines, 5 sets wire cutting machines, 6 sets high precision grinding machines, 1 set large-size radial drill, 3 sets drilling machines, 1 set lathe and 2 Sodick Slow Feeds from Japan. These various kinds of machines in our company can meet your different requirements. Plastic department has 45 sets plastic machines, 80T-550T. Plastic machines with various specifications will enable you to make reasonable use of resources required by your different products. We are gradually increasing our plastic machines and we plan to add them up to one hundred sets in two years so that we can offer our customers with better service. Coating department has 4 paint spraying production lines, 4 screen printing production lines, 2 assembly lines, 1 vacuum coating production line and 3 sets screen printing machines, 11 set pad printers, 1 set gilding press, 2 sets ultrasound machines and 1 set carving machine. Plastic department has 45 sets full electronic controlled injection machines, 80-50T, made in Germany and Tai Wan. Each machine is equipped with a technician. These machines are mainly used for the production of engineering plastics, such as electrical enclosures, mobile phone shells, electronic components, plastic gears and so on. We control our production exactly according to the RoHS and ISO standards.
